1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 500ks platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all other applicable policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you first use the 500ks platform. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any other communication, the terms in this document shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by 500ks management.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 500ks services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any country that restricts or prohibits online gambling activities.
• Have never been banned or prohibited from using 500ks services previously.
• Registering using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, an active email address, and any other information requested by the platform. All information provided is subject to an identity verification (KYC) process conducted by the 500ks team before your first withdrawal is approved.

3Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only on the 500ks platform. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential from all parties.
• Ensuring no one else accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying 500ks immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

500ks recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity management fee as outlined in the platform's internal policy.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

The 500ks platform supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other digital methods listed in the Finance section of the platform. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels.

Deposit requirements:

• Deposited funds must be entirely your own and must not originate from any illegal source.
• Any deposit suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Withdrawals to local Malaysian banks and e-wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the fulfilment of wagering requirements beforehand.

5Bonus & Promotions

500ks offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the terms and wagering requirements stated in each respective promotion.

General principles applicable to all bonuses on the 500ks platform:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new players making their first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

7Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from performing any of the following actions while using the 500ks platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, illegal collusion between players, or manipulation of game results.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the 500ks platform's technical infrastructure.

• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy with the intent to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes.

8Limitation of Liability

The 500ks platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continually strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, 500ks does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or system failures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 500ks is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Game results disputed after a round has concluded and the outcome has been determined by the system.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they are playing with money they can afford to lose. 500ks provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity.

9Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 500ks customer support team via email. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and any pending transactions must be settled first.

500ks reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by relevant legal authorities or regulators.
